All content, frameworks, copy, design, and materials on desiretypes.com — including the Desire Types™ framework and Desire Match™ tool — are the intellectual property of Ben James Kelly trading as Desire Types™. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our Services without prior written consent.
Our Services are intended for users aged 18 and over. By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from or provide Services to anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will terminate their access and remove any associated data.

Access to Desire Match™ is available via a one-time payment processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are in US dollars.
Due to the instant digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us at support@decodingdesire.com and we will do our best to resolve it.
Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Desire Types™ is a self-awareness tool and makes no clinical or therapeutic claims.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or emotional distress.
In the event of a dispute, we ask that you first contact us at support@decodingdesire.com to attempt informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration. Arbitration will take place in Australia, conducted in English, before a single arbitrator.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
